Our standard sizing is generous and true-to-measure, especially designed with comfort in mind for Ghana’s warm climate. If you’re between sizes or prefer a custom fit (longer sleeves, extra length, etc.), we also provide made-to-measure options. Just send us your measurements during checkout or via WhatsApp.

Ready-to-ship items (from our in-stock collection) are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days. Custom or made-to-measure pieces take 10–21 working days depending on the design complexity and current order volume. We always keep you updated with production photos and tracking once your order ships. Rush orders are possible for an additional fee—feel free to message us if you need something urgently!

Yes! We offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with all tags attached. Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos. Note that custom-made items are final sale (unless there’s a manufacturing defect), but we’ll work with you to make any necessary adjustments. Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer unless the item arrives faulty or not as described.
